We want to share a brief update regarding our approach to the COVID-19 pandemic. Kansas City Peterbilt and Utility Trailer Sales of Kansas City recognizes the importance of your role in keeping this country moving forward. We wanted to assure you that all our locations are currently open with standard hours of operations. Measures have been implemented to ensure the safety and welfare of our customers and employees.

Beginning Wednesday, March 25th, we will be providing curb side parts ordering and pick up as well as gate/door courtesy for our service customers. To expedite parts, pick up and service check-in, we encourage everyone to email or call ahead of your arrival. We will have a traffic coordinator at the gate of our KCK location to assist with deliveries and people needing access to our lot. Access to our customer lounge will be provided at our KCK location. Customers of our equipment sales departments can call 913-441-2888 and you will be directed to someone who will assist you. These changes will be evaluated daily. The primary goal is to continue to provide excellent customer service, while keeping all involved as safe and healthy as possible.
